Shipping & Returns
You may return any unopened orders within 7 days of receipt for a refund. We'll issue a refund as soon as we receive the returned order. Please bear in mind shipping costs are non-refundable. While we make every effort to package our products in a way that they arrive safely at your doorstep, accidents do occur, so if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt at email@example.com with a photo showing the damage(s) and we'll be happy to send you a replacement.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within ten (10) days from the date of purchase with your receipt. All returned merchandise must be unopened in its original packaging.
You may return any plant in sell-able condition within seven (7) days for exchange or store credit only (no refunds).
All VINTAGE items sales are final so, no returns or exchanges apply.
